The seminar registration fee is $815.00 for early registration received by Thursday, February 6, 2020 OR regular registration $895.00 (received after Thursday, February 6, 2020). First time attendees are eligible for the discounted rate of $515.00. A student fee is available for $370.00 (must be currently enrolled). The fee includes a cocktail reception for registrants and their spouses on Thursday night, lunch on Thursday and Friday for registrants only, and continental breakfast and breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for registrants only. A full capacity is expected. Registration as early as possible is encouraged.

SBLI will provide an identification badge for each registrant. Badges must be worn in order to gain admittance to all lectures and other functions of the Seminar.


Registrants who are unable to attend the Seminar will receive a refund of 90% of the registration fee if notice of cancellation is received by the Institute on or before Monday, March 2, 2020. A refund of 40% of the registration fee will be made if notice of cancellation is received by the Institute on or before Monday, March 9, 2020. No other refunds will be made.


A substitute from your firm may be named before the Seminar, provided you notify the Institute via email at by March 9, 2020.


Legal credit (CLE) will be available in many states.

Individual states and disciplines determine the total number of credits awarded. (Approval status will be communicated as it becomes available.)
